Return Policy
At Aqua Beato, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are the guidelines for product returns:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product (see section 4).
Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the product is returned and inspected.
To initiate a return for damaged or defective items:
Email us with your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description of the issue.
We will respond with further instructions, including a prepaid return label if necessary.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are nonreturnable:
Custom or special-order items
Opened or partially used products
Products not in their original packaging
Products purchased on final sale or clearance
4. Return Process
To request a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at Admin@AquaBeato.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number and return instructions.
3. Package the item(s) securely, including a copy of your invoice and the RA number.
4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Important: Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
5. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please Note:
Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
